Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Meeting at airport upon arrival by Plan Holidays Personnel. We will pick up from airport and then escort you to your hotel in kathmandu. During the driving of half an hour, enjoy the heart-stopping views along the kathmandu city .After arrival at your hotel, Welcome drinks and relax overnight at Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu
Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley Bhaktapur, situated 14 km from Kathmandu is one of the 3 medieval principalities of the valley. The smallest one but the best preserved, the city gives the impression of a museum in itself. The mediaeval wooden, metal and stone architecture of the houses, palaces and temples still exist in their original form. The highlights of Bhaktapur are Durbar Square with palace of 55 windows, Golden Gate, Vatsala Durga temple, the Taumadhi Square with a towering five roofed Nyatapola Temple and adjacent Bhairab Temple. Datratraya Square with Datratraya Temple and Pujarimath complex with famous peacock window shouldnt be missed. Visiting Potters Square is also worth visiting where you can see the potters moulding wet clay into different earthenware pots.Changu NarayanTemple lies 12 km east of the valley. This is one of the finest and oldest specimens of pagoda architecture. This is also one of the World Heritage sites.Nagarkot, perched at the altitude of about 2000m, offers an excellent Himalayan Panorama view on clear weather day. Nagarkot lies about 18-km northeast of Bhkatapur. Overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 03: Kathmandu- Bandipur
Drive from Kathmandu to Bandipur and transfer to Resort/Lodge/Home-stay.
Day 04: Bandipur Village
Trek to Raniban, Orchid trail, Ramkot village return to Resort/Lodge/Home-stay. Ramkot is a two hour easy hike to the west of Bandipur. It passes through Muchuk village from where you can also visit Mukundeswari. Ramkot is a typical Magar village with traditional round houses, untouched by modern development offering an opportunity to experience authentic lifestyle of rural Nepal. Orchid trail; Bandipur hosts more than 24 species of orchid. The month of June is the best season to enjoy the different varieties of orchid in full bloom. Although you can see orchids in most parts of Bandipur, the best route to enjoy these beautiful flowers is on the way to the silk farm west of Bandipur Bazaar. Raniban;This mixed Sal forest is located to the east of the main bazaar. It is a tranquil haven for nature enthusiasts with abundant local flora and fauna, including langurs, orchids, butterflies etc.
Day 05: Bandipur
Today you visit Siddha cave we trek 1 hours one way. Follow the signs starting from the north end of the village, taking you along a dirt path running north over the edge of the ridge, turning right at the obvious junction. Exploring the siddha cave which is 750 m long and probably the biggest cave in Asia. the Siddha Cave discovered only in 1987. Rich In stalactites and stalagmites, The stone path is slippery so mind your step. And also feel the sunset view from Thani Mai Temple, which is about 20 minutes uphill; walk from main Bandipur settlement. Spend the last evening with cultural program. Overnight stay in Resort/Lodge/Home-stay.
Day 06: Bandipur-Kathmandu
Early morning after breakfast drive to Kathmandu. Enroute you have an Options; enjoy 3 hours of white water rafting on the Trisuli and transfer to hotel.
Day 07: Kathmandu
Full day sightseeing at UNESCO Heritage site. Sightseeing at Pasupatinath temple, Swayambhu, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Bouddha stupa. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 08: Departure
Transfer to airport for departure.
