Chitwan is another attractive tourist hob in Nepal where you enjoy with wild life activities as well as ethenic group of Tharu. You can see one horn rhino. 4 different kinds of deer, sloth Bear, Leopards, crocodiles, monkeys as well as many different species of butterflies, insects & over 450 sorts of colorful & endangered birds.
Lumbini, the birthplace of lord Gautam Buddha, is the pilgrimage destination of the worlds millions of Buddhists. The main attraction at Lumbini remains the sacred garden spread over 8 sq. kms and possessing all the treasures of this historical area. The Mayadevi temple (under reconstruction) is the main attraction for pilgrims and archaeologists alike. This site, identified by the Indian Emperor Ashokas commemorative pillar is listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO.
Pokhara is considered as a paradise for explorers. Lake Side, the banks of Phewa Lake is the perfect place to hangout. You can also perform boating in the lake where the beautiful shadow of Mount Machapuchhre reflects. Apart from this, Sarangkot offers various outdoor adventurous sports such as paragliding, zip flying and light aircraft flights. After we complete our exploration in Pokhara, we make a hike to Dhampus, which is a beautiful village in Nepal. A remote yet frequently visited, Dhampus offers you the most fascinating remote experience in your trip. We then hike back to Pokhara and then return to Kathmandu for departure.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Meeting at airport upon arrival by Plan Holidays Personnel. We will pick up from airport and then escort you to your hotel in Kathmandu. During the driving of half an hour, enjoy the heart-stopping views along the Kathmandu city. After arrival at your hotel, the rest of the day is free for you to explore the local area, overnight at Hotel.
Day 02: kathmandu
In the morning, after breakfast, your sightseeing will be visited places according to your interest. Visit Swyambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath & Boudhanath.
Swyambhunath Stupa: From here you can watches over the valley from a height of 75 m from the average level of Kathmandu. It is one of the world’s most glorious Buddhist Stupa, it is said to be 2000 years old. Visitors often call it “Monkey Temple”.
Pashupatinath Temple, with its astonishing architectural beauty, stands as a symbol of faith, religion, culture and tradition, also being the temple of Lord Shiva possessed its two-storied golden roof and silver doors and is famous for its superb architecture, on the banks of sacred Bagmati River. Hindu pilgrims can enter the premises of the temple which Pashupatinath Temple stands. Chronicles indicate the existence of the shrine prior to 400 AD.
Boudhanath Stupa: It is the largest stupa in Nepal and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet. It is the center of Tibetan culture in Kathmandu and rich in Buddhist symbolism. Overnight at Kathmandu Hotel.
Day 03: Kathmandu-Namobuddha-Kathmandu
We drive you to Namobuddha. If you feel like trekking,you will start walking through pine forest. The trail climbs for about 120 m to the ridge with a village temple of goddess and then gradually passes through village for about 1 and half hours. We will finally meet the dirt road with occasional motorbikes and cars plying on. It will take about 1 more hrs to get to NamoBuddha.
NamoBuddha is one of the important Buddhist pilgrimage sites. This is where one of the Bodhisattva (Buddha to be) sacrificed himself to feed nourishing tigress. A stupa has been built with his relic. NamoBuddha is a spiritually filled center for Buddhists where you can rest your soul for sometimes away from noisy crowd to seek for a minute silence. This can make your body & mind feel like contended.
There are monasteries & Hotels for monks & nuns. If you like to spend more days you are welcome to do so. NamoBuddha offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas, valleys & terraced fields. From the 1,750 m hill top; one can see long stretch of the central Himalayas. It is the place where Supreme Being, Buddha meditated. It is said that Buddha offered his blood without a second hesitation to a starving tigress when he found that tigress was almost dying. It is center great compassion today for the Buddhist monks who come here & stay in the monastery for the special blessing .
Return Back to Kathmandu and overnight at Hotel.
Day 04: Kathmandu-lumbini
Early in the morning, we travel overland from Kathmandu to the Lumbini, one of the places with breathtaking views and scenic beauty. It is Considered as the place of holy pilgrimage and listed in World Heritage Sites recognized by UNESCO. After refreshing,we go walking through the Sacred Lumbini Garden, the place to visit as it is considered the holy place and the birth place of the Lord Buddha. There remains the Ashoka pillar on the charts too. Visiting the Maya Devi Temple with its bas-relief sculpture depicting Maya Devi also marks this on our Nepal tour journey. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 05: lumbini
After breakfast, we start for the trip, 27km west of Lumbini. Visiting the important archaeological site, Tilaurkot also remains on our traveling charts. As we know that the ancient palace of King Suddodha (Siddhartha Gautam’s father), is a place to visit, we also take you to other sites as well. This is the place you will love to see as it is here the Buddha spent his formative years as a Shakya Prince. Today,Enjoy yourself for a moment to wonder around and immerse in the glory of wonderful places. There is also a museum near by for you to enjoy and also visit Japanese temple. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 06: lumbini-Chitwan
After breakfast, you will drive to Chitwan National Park. You will drive along the mountainous road, winding, snaking and switching back. You will pass by villages, farmlands and terraces of hills before arriving Chitwan. Chitwan lies in the southern Terai belt of Nepal. Royal Chitwan National Park is Asia’s one of the most famous games parks. After having lunch, you will go for short walk tour to the villages of Tharu Tribal people, most probably with a Tharu guide. In the evening, there will be slides shows or cultural dance presentation. Overnight in bungalows or camps.
Day 07: Chitwan
Today you will be kept busy in jungle safari activities like Elephant Riding, Bird Watching, and Canoeing etc. Overnight in bungalows or camps.
Day 08: Chitwan-Pokhara-Dhampus
After arriving pokhara and refreshment you will be take a very scenic drive of about 30 minutes takes you past Pokhara to where you start your day hike, this place is called Phedi. You ascend through beautiful farmland as you make your way to the village of Dhampus. There are absolutely stunning views of Machapuchare, made all the more beautiful by the rural scene in front of fields of corn and wheat, small villages and women in brightly colored saris. Overnight at Dhampus.
Day 09: Dhampus-Pokhara
Early Morning we start Walk further to Kande which is about one and half hour where transport would be waiting, transfer to hotel at Pokhara (45 minutes).After arriving pokhara,we make a sightseeing trip around Pokhara valley like as Devi’s Fall, Begnas Lake,Tal Barahi Temple and boating on Phewa Lake . Overnight at Hotel.
Day 10: Pokhara-kathmandu
Drive to Kathmandu on the way you can visit the goddess manakamana as known as“goddess of wishes”and transfer to the Hotel. After then we drive to Patan Durbar square, it is the oldest city among 3 cities of Kathmandu valley. It is also called as Lalitpur, the city of beauty. This city supposed to be founded in 3rd century BC as Emperor Ashoka visited this city to promote Buddhism in the Kathmandu valley. Emperor Ashoka’s visit was marked in the city by erecting Ashok Stupas in the four cardinal direction of the city. The square is full of ancient places, temples, and shrines noted for their exquisite carvings There are three main courtyards or chowks, so named central MulChowk, Sundari Chowk and Keshav Narayan Chowk in the square. The Sundari Chowk holds in its center a masterpiece of stone architecture, the Royal bath called Tushahity.
You will visit the Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the important historic and tourist destinations in Nepal. It is a complex of palace, courtyards and temples built between 12th and 18th centuries, used to be the seat of mediaeval Malla Kings of Kathmandu. It also knows as Hanuman Dhoka Square. Hanuman Dhoka Palace complex consists of a huge Royal Square exposing a tremendous variety of temples dedicated to different Hindu gods and goddess. This is an UNESCO protected world heritage site. The Durbar Square is surrounded with spectacular architecture and vividly showcases the skills Newar artists and craftsmen over several centuries. Enjoy the farewell dinner and share the experience. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 11: Departure
Before saying good bye if you have time we can arrange you to take an early morning scenic mountain flight along the spine of the Himalaya for close-up views of Mt Everest and other peaks. After then Transfer to Airport for departure.
