Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Meeting at airport upon arrival by Plan Holidays Personnel. We will pick up from airport and then escort you to your hotel in kathmandu. During the driving of half an hour , enjoy the heart-stopping views along the kathmandu city. After arrival at your hotel, the rest of the day is free for you to explore the local area, overnight at Hotel.
Day02: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Sightseeing tours to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath , Swoyambhunath Stupa, Bodhanath Stupa. Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the important historic and tourist destinations in Nepal.It is a complex of palace, courtyards and temples built between 12th and 18th centuries, used to be the seat of mediaeval Malla Kings of Kathmandu. Pashupatinath is one of the most sacred Hindu Shrines in the world. Bagmati River in Nepal is considered as holy as Ganges in India. Pashupatinath Temple, with its astonishing architectural beauty, stands as a symbol of faith, religion, culture and tradition.Bodhanath Stupa is the largest stupa in Nepal and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet. It is the center of Tibetan culture in Kathmandu and rich in Buddhist symbolism. The stupa is located in the town of Boudha, on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. It is the biggest Stupa of this kind in the world. This is also UNESCO enlisted World Heritage Site.
Day 3: Kathmandu Chitwan
After a drive of about 4-5 hours, you will arrive at Chitwan, the popular tourist destination in Nepal. This is the center of adventure. Rest of day is leisure.Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4: Chitwan
After breakfast, you will drive to Chitwan National Park. You will drive along the road carved into the hills, winding, snaking and switching back. You will pass by villages, farmlands and terraces of hills before arriving Chitwan. Chitwan lies in the southern Terai belt of Nepal. Royal Chitwan National Park is Asias one of the most famous games parks. After having lunch, you will go for short walk tour to the villages of Tharu Tribal people, most probably with a Tharu guide. In the evening, there will be slides shows or cultural dance presentation. Chitwan is famous as one of the best wildlife-viewing national parks in Asia, and youll have an excellent chance of spotting one-horned rhinos, deer, monkeys and up to 544 species of birds. If youre extremely lucky, youll see leopards, wild elephants and sloth bears though its the once-in-a-lifetime chance to spot a majestic royal Bengal tiger that attracts people in their droves.
Day 5: ChitwanJungle Activities
Today you will be kept busy in jungle safari activities like Elephant Riding, Bird Warching, and Canoeing etc. Overnight in Hotel or camps. After breakfast, you will go for a canoe trip to explore the aquatic life of Chitwan National Park. You will have opportunity to see some rare aquatic bird life of the park. After conclusion of the canoe ride, you will be picked by the riverside and transferred to Hotel or you can go to search wildlife on foot in the forest of Park. This is quite adventurous trip. You will walk back to camp for lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy the Elephant Back Safari. The elephant takes you inside the dense forest and grassland in search of Great Asian One-horned Rhinoceros, Leopard, Sloth Beer, deer, monkeys, wild boar and 460 different species of birds. Royal Bengal Tiger, being territorial and nocturnal in behavior, will normally not appear during the day, but sometime your luck can do wonders and you can have an unforgettable sight of the king of the forest. After a ride of more than one hour, you will come back to the camp. In the evening, there will be Tharu Tribal Dance performed. Dinner and overnight bungalow.
Day 6: chitwan Pokhara
After a drive of about 3-4 hours, you will arrive at Pokhara, the second most popular tourist destination in Nepal. This is the center of adventure. An enchanting city, nestled in a tranquil glacier-rock valley at an altitude of 827m has a lot to offer to visitors-caves, lakes, gorges and viewpoints. The spectacular panorama of Annapurna range forms its backdrop.
Day 7: Pokhara
You will take a full day sightseeing tours in Pokhara valley. That includes visiting temples, caves, gorges and waterfalls and boating in lakes as well. Pokhara is famous for sightseeing, mountain views and many adventurous outdoor activities. Phewa Lake, Begnas Lake and Rupa Lake are the major attraction for sightseeing and boating. The Tal Barahi Temple is located at the middle of Phewa Lake. Many other religious places can be found in Pokhara like Bindabasini Temple, Gupteswor Mahadev Temple inside the Gupteswor Cave, peace and beautiful White peace Gumba and several others. The top of Sarangkot offers the amazing views of Annapurna range to the north of Pokhara including Annapurna and Machhapuchhre as well as the sunrise and sunset. Day 8: Pokhara-kathmandu
Early morning after breakfast drive to kathmandu. Enroute you will enjoy 3 hours of white water rafting on the Trisuli or On the way to kathmandu if you want to visit the famous Manakamana temple ” The Goddess of Wishes” where you can take a cable car ride. Overnight at hotel.
Day 9: Departure
Transfer to airport for departure.
