Best of Manaslu Circuit Trek

Best of Manaslu Circuit Trek is considered as one of the most colorful, cultures and dramatic valleys against a backdrop of classic Himalayan peaks as well as panoramic Trek in Nepal. It is rewarded as the adventurous with an unparalleled alpine experience. The Manaslu Circuit Trek takes you from just 700m altitude at Arughat (or Gorkha Bazar) up to 5160m on the pass a tremendous range of altitudes, temperatures and micro-climates. During this you can encounter with different mountain settlements , rivulets , different people , enjoying the journey. Manaslu Circuit Trek takes you around Manaslu, the world eighth highest mountainat at 8,163 metres (26,781 ft).The trail is quite exposed and challenging in places.

We ascend the Gandaki River valley, which is fed by innumerable rivers and waterfalls, offering the chance of a plunge into some bathing pools. From here, the streneous section begins and yaks begin to outnumber people in the rocky landscape. In Samagoan (3455m) we visit the glacial green lake of Birendra, before crossing into mystic Samdo, a mere 15km from the Tibetan border. Here Tibetan monks inhabit sacred monasteries and combined with the views of the Tibetan plateau against stark white. Its on the Great Himalaya Trail. The best months to trek in this area are March, April, Mayand the last week in September to mid-December. In October the trail is Busy with trekkers.

Himalayas is a truly spiritual place. The biggest challenge then awaits-crossing the snow bound Larkya La pass (5213m). Snow-covered peaks over 6500m towers above as we cross. The descent, once off the snow, takes us through alpine then tropical areas, bursting with ferns, bamboo, pine trees, waterfalls and aqua-blue green lakes laced with cotton-white beaches. Finally, Manaslu will disappear as we descend to Beshishar (833m.) This 3 week excursion will leave you with a sense of peace and respect for the people of Nepal and its ecological wonders.

Day 02 : Kathmandu walk 4hrs (1300m)

Day 03 : Kathmandu – Arughat walk 6hrs (530m)

Day 04 :Arughat Sotikhola Walk 6hr ( 990m)

Day 05 : Soti Khola – Macha khola Walk 6hrs(1295m)

Day 06 : MachaKhola Jagat walk 6hrs ( 1370m)

Day 07 : Jagat- Lokpa

Day 08 : Lokpa to Ghap ( 6-7 Hours walk , 2300m)

Day 09 : Ghap to Lho (6-7 Hours walk , 3180)

Day 10 : Lho to Samagaon ( 4-5 hours 3520m)

Day 11 : Day trip to Manaslu Base Camp ( 7-8 Hours walk , 4400m)- O/N Samagaon

Day 12 : Samagaon to Samdo (3-4 hours 3865m)

Day 13 : Samdo to Dharamsala (4-5 Hours 4500m)

Day 14 : Dharamsala to Bimthang Via Larkya La(5213m) (8-9 Hours 3720m)

Day 15 : Bimthang to Dharapani (6-7 Hours walk 1915m)

Day 16 : Dharapani to Jagat (5-6 Hours walk 1270m)

Day 17 : Jagat-Bhulbhule Then drive to Kathmandu

Day 18 : Departure
