Day01: Arrive Delhi Morning upon arrival in Delhi, our Executive will meet you at the Airport followed by a private transfer from Airport to Hotel. Later visit Red Fort (photo – stop) massive sandstone fort built by Shah Jahan on the banks of river Yamuna, Jama Masjid – is the largest mosque in India and stands across the road from the Red Fort, built in 1656 by Shahjahan. About 20,000 people can pray here at a time, Jama Masjid it was built from 1644 to 1658 in the reign of Shahjahan. The mosque which measures 65m on 35m, and whose court forms a square of 100m on side is by its surface the greatest religious construction of Islam, Rajghat – is the cremation ground of great father of the nation, Mahatama Gandhi. Day02: Delhi-Mandawa(280 KMS / 7 HRS) This morning drive to Mandawa. On arrival check in to the hotel. Later enjoy walking tour of Mandawa (Shekawati region) Painted Havelis. Mandawa is famous for its massive forts, beautiful Havelis and ancient temples. The medieval ambience and vintage charm of Mandawa recalls the glory and splendor of yester years. Mandawa was the stronghold of the rich merchants. Built by the wealthy merchants of the time, Mandawa is famous for its excellent historical monuments. The merchants built palatial mansions and forts and decorated it with exquisite paintings and murals. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day03: Mandawa -Bikaner (180 KMS / 3.5 HRS) Morning after breakfast drive to Bikaner en-route visit Karni Mata temple where rats are considered sacred and worshipped. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. If time permits visit Camel breeding farm. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day04: Bikaner-Jaisalmer(333 KMS / 07 HRS) Bikaner: on the northern tip of the desert triangle stands the royal city of Bikaner. The genesis of this desert town dates back to 1486 A.D.when Rao Jodhas eldest son, Rao Bika set out of his fathers kingdom to conquer a separate kingdom for himself. Once a major center of trade in the 16th century situated on the ancient silk route, today Bikaner has retained much of its medieval aura. Unlike most other cities of Rajasthan, outside influences are minimal here and the traditional life style endures in the old city surrounded by a high crenellated wall.The tour begins with a visit to the Junagarh Fortbuilt between 1588 and 1593 built by Raja Jai Singh who was a general in the army of the Mughal emperor, Akbar. The fort has a 986 meter long wall with 37 bastions & 2 entrances, and it is famous for the super quality of stone carvings. Then Continue drive to Jaisalmer. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Day05: Jaisalmer Jaisalmer The magic of a golden fortress, centuries ago, Jaisalmer was on the camel trade route between India and central Asia. It is a city that rises from the desert like a golden mirage. Dominating the view is the awesome citadel on the hill, straight out of the tales of the Arabian Nights, a fort built with the golden yellow stone of the area. Jaisalmer is truly a visual delight. Wander through its lanes and discover the Havelis with delicately carved stone facades. Our tour begins from the Jaisalmer Fort, built in 1156 by Rawal Jaisal, the fort crowns 80 meter high on the Trikuta hill. Still inhabited, there are palaces and bazaars within the fort walls, which has 99 bastions around the circumference. Also visit the Havelis, wealthy merchants built these exquisite havelis with profusely carved stone facades. The famous ones are the Patwon ki Haveli, Salim Singh ki Haveli and Nathmal ki Haveli. Other attractions include Ganga Sagar Tank and Museum, once the water supply of city, housing many small temples and shrines. A wide variety of water birds flock here in winter. Later in the afternoon drive to sand dunes. Evening enjoy camel ride for sunset viewing at Sam. Later return back to Jaisalmer. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day06:Jaisalmer-Jodhpur (290 KMS/6.5 HRS) This morning drive to Jodhpur. Jodhpur; Grandeur by the sand dunes, founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, Jodhpur was the capital of the state of Marwar during the rule of the Rathor clan. Set right at the edge of Thar Desert, Jodhpur is strewn with forts and palaces that go back to the 15th century, all vividly testify to the history of the princely state. Arrive Jodhpur and check in at hotel.Late afternoon our tour begins from The Mehrangarh Fort, this formidable hilltop fort is the one of the most impressive in Rajasthan. A series of gates lead into the Fort like Jayapol, built by Maharaja Man Singh in 1806 and the Fatehpol or Victory Gate, erected by Maharaja Ajit Singh to celebrate his victory over the Mughals. The main gate is the Lahapol, an iron gate besides which there are 15 hand prints which are the Sati Marks of Maharaja Man Singhs widows who threw themselves upon his funeral pyre in 1843. Inside the fort, also visit the palaces Moti Mahal or Pearl Palace, the Sukh Mahal or Pleasure Palace and the Phool Mahal or Flower Palac. Continue the tour to visit the Jaswant Thada, a marble cenotaph built in 1899 as a memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Overnight at hotel.

Day07: Jodhpur-Ranakpur-Kumbalgarh (180 KMS/05 HRS) Morning after breakfast drive to Kumbalgarh en-route visit Ranakpur Jain Temple built in the 15th century is situated in the lovely valley of the Aravalli. Its surrounding is quiet and picturesque. Ranakpur has grand structures and beautiful sculpture. There are 1444 pillars in the temple and none of them are similar. The magic of light & shade is really awe inspiring. Continue drive to Kumbalgarh. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day08: Kumbalgarh-Udaipur (180 KMS/05 HRS) Morning after breakfast visit Kumbalgarh fort, built by Mewar ruler Rana Kumbha during the 15th century. Apparently, it took him 15 years and numerous attempts to complete it. He’s credited with constructing 32 of the 84 fortresses that were used to defend the Kingdom of Mewar against the Mughals. The most important fort of the Mewar kingdom after Chittorgarh, the rulers used to retreat to Kumbhalgarh during times of danger as it was almost impenetrable.Continue drive towards Udaipur. Udaipur is Rajasthans most congenial and romantic city situated in the lap of the thickly wooded Aravali Hills. Founded in 1568 by Maharana Udai Singh following the final sacking of Chittorgarh by the Mughal Emperor, Akbar, Udaipur rivals any of the world famous creations of the Mughals with its Rajput love of the whimsical and its superbly crafted elegance. Udaipur has been called the Venice of the East. On arrival check in to the hotel. Rest of time free at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day09: Udaipur Morning after breakfast city tour of Udaipur visiting City Palace,the richest palace museum in the entire Rajasthan. See the peacock square and the miniature painting school inside the palace premises. Udaipur has the prestige of housing the best miniature schools in the country under the royal patronage of the king of Udaipur on lake Pichola, nearby you visit the Jagdish temple followed by Sahelion- Ki -Bari, the “ladies garden” and museum of Folk art the Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal and Crystal Gallery . Evening you can enjoy Boat Ride on Lake Pichola & visit Jagmandir Island. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day10: Udaipur-Puskar (280 KMS / 06 HRS) Morning after breakfast drive to Pushkar, check in at hotel. Afternoon walking tour of Pushkar visiting Bazaar and Brahma temple. Later Special Pooja ceremony on Ghat with Hindu priest. Overnight stay at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Built by Raja Jai Singh in the 18th century, it is surrounded by hills topped with rugged fortresses and dotted with fairy tale palaces. Ambling camels and brightly dressed locals, reflect Jaipur desert heritage while the teeming markets display a profusion of handlooms and crafts. Come visit the city of love, legends and lore. Day12: Jaipur After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Amer Fort, which is located 12 Kms outside Jaipur. The original Palace was built by Raja Mansingh and later additions were made by Sawai Jai Singh. One of the finest example of Rajput architecture, it was the ancient capital of Kaisshawah rulers. Enjoy the ascent to the palace on back of a brightly caparisoned elephant (Subject of Availability). Visit the multiple chambers and hallways of the palace which are famous for their design and decorations. This unique capital of the erstwhile warrior kings of Rajasthan is a must on every tourist itinerary to the state.Then proceed for a city tour to visit the unique Jantar Mantar, which is a magnificent stone observatory built by Raja Jai Singh in 1728 and drive past the Hawa Mahal, an intriguing Palace of Wind. This was really a facade built in 1799, to allow royal ladies to view the city from the windows. Later visit the opulent City Palace, the former royal residence built in a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal style which has grand museums displaying an excellent collection of miniature paintings, costumes and armory. Day13: Jaipur-Fatehpur Sikri-Agra(232 KMS/05 HRS) Morning after breakfast visit of animal shelter Maharani Farm Durgapura, (Suffering Animal Shelter). Then drive to Agra en-route visit old deserted town of Fatehpur Sikri of the Mughal Dynasty. Imaginatively constructed of red sandstone, this robust example of the cultures stability is an honor to Saint Salim Chisti who foretold the births of Emperor Akbars three sons. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day14: Agra-Delhi (203 KMS/04 HRS) Early morning visit Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday). It is best experienced at sunrise or sunset when the light reflects off the marble to give it a magnificent pink hue. The Taj Mahal was built by Emperor Shah Jahan over a period of 17 years from 1632, in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The design and decoration are stunning in their lavish detail and use of semi-precious stones. Return back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, we set out to explore the Agra Fort, the work of Akbar the Great, who built it over the course of eight years (1565-1573). The fort was successively occupied by Emperors Jahangir and Shah Jahan; the latter died here.
