Overview

Island Peak is a mountain in the Himalaya of eastern Part of Nepal. The peak was named Island Peak in 1951 by Eric Shipton party since it appears as an island in a sea. The peak was later renamed in 1983 to Imja Tse but Island Peak remains the popular choice. A Nepal has been the focus of outstanding achievements in the world of peak climbing expeditions, with its eight peaks above 8,000 meters.

Climbing these trekking peaks in Nepal is the next step beyond simply trekking, however, it includes basic mountaineering above the snow line, using ice axes, climbing boots with crampons, ropes, etc. Under the supervision and instruction from your professional climbing guides who have considerable mountaineering expertise and experience including multiple ascents of Mt. Everest. Island Peak Climbing is a superb entry into Himalayan climbing.

Day 03 : Fly to Lukla & Trek to Phakding (2652m)Â

Day 04 : Trek to Namche (3450m)

Day 05 : Rest day in Namche (3450m)

Day 06 : Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3860m)

Day 07 : Trek to Dingboche (4350m))

Day 08 : Rest day explore to the Chhukung 4710 m. and back to Digboche.(4410m)

Day 09 : Digboche to Lobuche (4910m)

Day 10 : Labuche to Gork shep (5184m)

Day 11 : Trek to Everest Base Camp 5365 m.then back to Gorak Shep (5180m)

Day 12 : Hike up to Kalapattar 5550 m. Return back to Dingboche (4410m)

Day 13 : Trek to Chukhung (4750m)

Day 14 : summit day Island Peak ,back Base Camp

Day 15 : Trek to high camp

Day 16 : Submit day island peak (6160m)

Day 17 : Base camp to Dingboche (4110m)

Day 18 : Dingboche to Namche 3450m.

Day 19 : Trek to Lukla (2800m)
