Overview
Kathmandu Lhasa Beijing Tour is a special tour package. We are specialized in customizing the tour that provides you with an unforgettable memory of the lifetime.
This trip takes you on a whirlwind tour to three oriental cities: Beijing, Lhasa, and Kathmandu. In Nepal, part of the trip takes you to all the major tourist sites; Kathmandu, Chitwan, and Pokhara. You will be guided by an experienced tour guide to the medieval time’s history, culture & an architectural wonder of the Kathmandu, Patan & Bhaktapur durbar squares.You will drive Zhangmu to Nyalam where you will be visiting Everest base camp from northern side spending 1 night in Rombuk Monastery. The major highlight of this Trip is the journey aboard the Qinghai-Tibet railway, the worlds highest railway.
Another highlight of this trip is the trek to the Everest Base Camp You will be covering all the highlights of central Tibet including all the cities major attractions: Potala Palace, Sera Monastery, Norbulingka, Jokhang temple etc, Shigatse: visit Tashi Lhunpo, visit tourist sites and Buddhist sites on the way in Sakya, Gyantse, and Shigatse.Gyantse, Xegar, Nyalam & Namtso a sky lake in Tibet, which is breathtaking views, thus providing a truly comprehensive Tibetan experience. Exploration of the ancient palaces, monasteries, and temples, a ride on the worlds highest train, a journey to (almost) the top of the world, the Everest Basecamp.
After that, you will be in Beijing capital city of China, which is an ancient capital and a bustling modern metropolitan city of amazing contrasts. In Beijing, some incredible historical sites & cultural awaits you before you end up the trip. Exploring these three cities will give you an insight into three ancient cultures, History of Chinese, Tibetan, and Nepalese. There is a refreshing change of scenery, as verdant greenery replaces the dry and arid Tibetan landscape with an eye-catching view of Nepal.

Itinerary
Arrive Kathmandu
Accommodation Kathmandu Hotel Samsara Resort or similar
Kathmandu.
Full day sightseeing with a local guide and all transfers: Swayambunath stupa, Bodnath stupa, Pashupatinath temple, Bhaktapur Old palace complex. Accommodation Khatmandu – acomodation Hotel Samsara Resort or similar Meals: Breakfast
Private transfer to Pokara. Free time
In the morning the go-to Durbar square + Kumari after private transfer to Pokhara Accommodation Hotel Mount Kailash Resort or similar, Pokhara Meals: Breakfast
Early morning go to Sarangkot
Early morning go to Sarangkot hill station for sunrise view with peaks of Annapurna Himalayan range and Mt Dhulagirifull. After breakfast full day sightseeing with local guide: Fewa Tal (Lake), Barahi temple, World Peace Pagoda, Seti Gandaki (River Gorge), Devi’s fall, Gupteswar Gupha (Cave), Mahendra Gupha (cave) and Chameri Gupha, Bindbyabasini Temple. Accommodation Mount Kailash Resort or similar, Pokhara Meals: Breakfast
Private transfer to chitwan – 4-5 hours.

Chitwan-Kathandu

Drive Kathmandu Zhangmu Nyalam
Pick up at the Friendship border and after clearing the immigration formalities, drive Zhangmu to Nyalam. Overnight at Nyalam Snow land hotel or similar standard. (2* local standard) Meals: None
Drive Nyalam - Old Tingri - Rongbuk
On the way visit, Milarepa Cave and Rongbuk Monastery. Overnight at Rongbuk Monastery Guest-house (Simple and Basic) Meals: Breakfast
Drive Rongbuk- Sakya -Shigatse
Visit Everest Base Camp, drive to Shigatse. On the way visit Sakya Monastery. Overnight at Shigatse Manasarovar hotel or similar 3* local standard Meals: Breakfast
Drive Shigatse to Lhasa via Gyantse
Morning visit Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, then drive to Lhasa via Gyantse and Yamdrok Lake. Visit Gyantse Kumbum and Pelchoe at Gyantse. Overnight at 3* Standard hotel (Yak, Gorkha, Mandala etc) Meals: Breakfast
Full day Lhasa Sightseeing
Potala Palace, Jokhang temple and Sera Monastery Overnight at 3* Standard hotel (Yak, Gorkha, Mandala etc) Meals: Breakfast
Day trip visit to Nam Tso Lake and return to Lhasa
Overnight at 3* Standard hotel (Yak, Gorkha, Mandala etc) Meals: Breakfast
Send to Lhasa train station: Lhasa to Beijing by train T28. Departure at 1348.
Morning free time. At reasonable time, guide and driver pick up the clients and send to the Lhasa train station for departure. Depart from hotel around 11:30 am (as per current time table) to train station. Overnight in the train Remark: Though there is a restaurants in the train for dining foods of different budgets. It is good and wise for client to buy fruits and readymade (like instant noodles) foods to carry while in the train. Meals: Breakfast

Arrive at Beijing west train station.
Arrive Beijing at 0819AM (as per current time-table). Beijing agency pick-up the clients and send to the hotel. Rest and free day. Overnight at Beijing Jade Youth Hotel Meals: None
Beijing sightseeing
At 07:30am, pick up from hotel and transfer to Simatai Great Wall directly. Upon arrival, we will wait for local staff to help us enter the scenic area of Simatai Great Wall. The hiking on the Great Wall takes 2-3 hours. Cable car is optional (RMB 80 for single way, RMB 120 for roundtrip). After lunch by the foot of the Great Wall, transfer back to hotel in Beijing. Overnight at Beijing Jade Youth Hotel Meals: Breakfast + lunch (on tour)
Airport Transfer
Transfer from Beijing hotel to Beijing airport for departure. End of service. Meals: Breakfast
Cost
- Accommodation on twin sharing basis with local 3* standard hotels in Nepal, Beijing and Tibet
- *Guest house at Nyalam and Rongbuk in Tibet side due to local condition.
- Daily breakfast in hotel and guest house + 1 time lunch (on tour Simatai on D10 only in Beijing)
- *Lunch will arrange in local tourist restaurants, not in the hotel.

This company was amazing. Incredibly well organized. I felt safe and spoiled. Our airport transports were always early and waiting for us. All of our reservations for our accommodations and busses were perfect. The temple tour we took was super fun and educational. Some of our luggage got stuck in our layover country and between this travel agency and our hotel they were able to get it for us and deliver it the next day. We also had a 10month old traveling with us and they made sure that our accommodation and travel plans were safe for him. During our 5 days of trekking, we had THE BEST guide/sherpa. I would positively let them plan another trip for us. Thank you!!!!

I had a wonderful experience
I recently booked a tour with Plan Holidays, and I had a wonderful experience. Anuja scheduled the tour, and it was comforting to have our trip covered without any concerns. Our guide Shiva took us through Kathmandu, and showed all us the highlights of the city and provided us with the cultural and historical background. We also did the Poon Hill Trek with guides Chitiz and Ashmir, who provided a peaceful hike through the Himalayas. On our last two days, we spent time in Chitwan National Park, where our guide, Robin, took us on adventures where we saw crocodiles and rhinos.
The entire package was affordable, and our guides met our every need; they went out of their way for us on many occasions. It was comforting to get off the bus and see our guides waiting for us with our name tags. I would highly encourage anyone to book a trip through this company. I promise that you will have an amazing experience–five stars!
